An additional $99.5 million of protection, of which $900,000 may be for cash awaiting investment, was purchased from Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, a company with an AA- Standard & Poor’s, A+ A.M. Best and AA Fitch rating, providing a total of $100 million. This does not protect against market fluctuations.
