BSA Analyst
Elmer, New Jersey  |  Full-Time  |  November 17, 2021. We are currently searching for a BSA Analyst to join our team!  Essential duties of the BSA Analyst are to adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act regulations and to provide support to the BSA Officer and Risk Officer in ensuring compliance with such regulations.  Analysts are responsible for conducting customer/account transaction investigations; complying with currency transaction requirements; assigning, validating, and updating customer risk; and monitoring and reporting suspicious activity. 

This position requires:

  • Strong investigative, writing, and analytical skills
  • Extensive knowledge of the BSA, AML, USA PATRIOT Act, KYC, and OFAC regulations
  • 3+ years related experience in overall BSA/AML Compliance
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of databases and websites used in the investigations of suspicious activity, including money laundering and terrorist financing.


  • Banking operations experience
  • Knowledge of the bank’s market
  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist [CAMS] is a plus

Deposit Operations Associate
Elmer, New Jersey  |  Full-Time  |  October 5, 2021. We are currently searching for a Deposit Operations Associate to join our dynamic The First National Bank of Elmer team!  You will primarily be responsible for performing back office Electronic Banking processing as well as support of branch personnel, general ledger reconcilements, and operational and regulatory compliance.  Additional functions include a broad range of general support duties for the Deposit Operations unit of the bank to include data entry, records research, scanning, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned. Preferred experience in Electronic Banking to include ATM and Debit card processing, cardholder disputes, consumer and business online banking and bill pay, and mobile deposit. Preferred:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Full-Time/Part-Time Teller
Various Branch Locations  | Full-Time/Part-Time Teller  |  September 15, 2021 As a teller with The First National Bank of Elmer, you will be responsible for providing teller services while providing quality customer service.  Responsibilities include processing credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures, maintaining proper cash on hand and preparing daily settlement of cash and proof transactions, actively managing risk while practicing loss prevention.  The candidate will perform additional customer services such as promoting certain bank products, filling change order requests, and basis account inquiry requests. Preferred:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Work Hours:

  • Required availability:  Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm
