Regarding the Upcoming Conversion Timeline

To Our FNBE Online Banking Customers:

We are pleased to share that on Thursday, September 3, 2020 we will be upgrading your Online Banking experience. The overall look and feel will be similar to what we provide today. However, a few key features will become available to help simplify the process and make your online banking experience even better.

  • Simplified Sign-On Process for both consumer and business users
  • Easier to navigate account information and money management tools
  • New Enhanced Bill Payment and Partner Care Service with CheckFree
  • Ability to Pay People via email or text message with PopMoney
  • Availability for consumers to make Mobile Deposits

We will be communicating our latest updates in as many ways as possible to help prepare you. Please be on the lookout for information that will be posted on our website along with reference tutorials that will be available under our new Customer Education Tab.

With our new online banking upgrade, there are some changes that will affect the products and services we provide to you. We want you to be aware of important changes that will affect your Bill Payment and ask that you carefully read the following information below as soon as possible to help prepare and ensure the transition causes as little disruption as possible.

 

Online Banking will be unavailable during the upgrade
Tuesday, September 1 at 10 am through Thursday, September 3 at 10 am

 

Online Banking Access — Your initial logon to Online Banking on September 3rd

Consumers: You will need to enter your current User ID and the last six (6) digits of your Social Security Number in the Password field. You will be prompted to create a new Password.

Business Online: Administrators will be able to login using only your current User ID and the last six (6) digits of the Company Taxpayer ID#. A Company ID is no longer needed. You will be prompted to create a new Password. The Online Administrator will need to recreate the secondary online users following their initial login.

Automatic Online Transfers

Automatic and recurring transfers setup up through Online Banking will convert over but NOT for Bill Payment. Transfers setup through Bill Payment will need to be re-setup when the new system is available.

Bill Payment Services

Customers will need to re-enroll in our new Bill Payment Service on September 3rd or after. You will NOT be able to access Bill Pay after August 28th at 9am. Scheduled payments will process through August 28th. Recurring and automatic payments scheduled with a processing date after August 28th will NOT be processed and paid. All Bill Payment payees will need to be re-set up when the new system is available.

Bill payment history will NOT transfer. You will need to download your payment history before August 28th at 9am. See below for helpful tasks to review and complete to help retain your payment history and vendor payee information to assist you when you re-enroll and setup your vendors again on September 3rd or after.

Bill Payment History
Click on Bill Pay tab > Click View Payment History> Click on the range of history you want> Click Download to download payment history. You can then save the information.

Bill Payment Payee information
Click on Options under Payee > Click Account Information Tab. This will have the information you will need to setup the payee on the new system.

Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking services will be turned off on September 1st at 10am. You will need login initially to Online Banking and then download the new FNBE mobile application on September 3rd or after from the App Store or Google Play depending on your mobile device or tablet.
