With Home Online Banking you can:

Electronic Bill Payments

Ever forget to send a payment? Now you can have them sent electronically, automatically, on the same day every month. Help reduce the number of checks, stamps and envelopes you use, and it’s FREE.

  • Payment options: one-time payment setup and modification, recurring payments, payment confirmations, payment warnings and bill indicators.
  • Create payment rules: setup automatic or recurring payments by payee, make manual payments, mark a bill as paid automatically.
  • Bill management: display bills by payee, date or status; bill details and history; bill payment and payment history; and pending payments.
  • Status updates: track number of bills, payments or scheduled payments.

  • E-mail notifications: set up alerts and notifications of bill arrivals and lost/late bills, bills exceeding amount levels, payments due and payments made.
  • View reports: default payment reports, customized user reports, complete selection criteria and sorting capabilities.
  • E-bills: if a payee offers e-bills and it has not been set up, the system status will display “Set up e-bill” and gives you the option. If not available for a payee, status displays “Not Available”. Once an e-bill is set up and retrieved from a payee’s website, it is made available to you.
  • Finance Management: download to various accounting packages such as QuickBooks or Quicken.

Important Notice – Please Read: The First National Bank of Elmer Visa Debit cardholders will be able to make ATM withdrawals up to $500 per day and Point of Sale (POS) transactions up to $1,000 per day.


At The First National Bank of Elmer we value our customers. We know that many of our customers appreciate the convenience and flexibility of using a Debit Card when making purchases. We are also taking steps to implement additional security to protect our customers and the Bank from debit card fraud. If a signature required transaction is attempted and meets the restricted threshold limits that are set, your transaction will be denied.

An automated notification attempt will be made to contact our cardholders at each of the numbers provided to us (up to 3 phone numbers). The automated notification makes 2 attempts to each number in 2 hour increments, each day for 2 days, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST. The automated notification will leave only 1 message and 1 contact number. When the automated notification contacts the cardholder, the cardholder verifies recent activity, accepts or refused the transaction or opts to speak with an analyst. You as a cardholder will be asked to verify your zip code that is on file.

It’s IMPORTANT that the Bank maintain current and accurate cardholder records. The Bank must have a valid primary phone number (example: mobile/cell phone) to contact our cardholders for verification of a transaction denied. You can provide up to 3 phone numbers. Should we need to contact you via letter, we need an updated and current address.

If you do not know or remember your PIN number, please contact us to have a PIN Mailer generated and mailed to you. Please note that it is IMPORTANT, to protect your account, your PIN should never be given to anyone and should not be written on your card or kept with your card.

Home Online Banking

FREE — NO software to buy or install

CONVENIENT – Simply login to your Home Online Banking account and you can access your monthly statements from your home or office computer. Save all your monthly statements to your computer and you will have the ability to retrieve past statements instantly.

SECURE – Once enrolled, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail. You no longer need to worry if your paper statement is late or lost in the mail.

  • Access Elmer Bank Home Online Banking System.
  • Click on “Additional Services”.
  • Select “Online Statements” from the drop down box.
  • First Time users will have to read and accept the “Consent & Authorization” Statement and provide their email address for notifications.
  • Click on the “Account Statement” under the “Document Link” that you wish to view.
  • The most recent statement will show on the screen, which can be viewed, printed and saved to your computer.
  • NOTE – A tab on the right side of the screen will list all the monthly statements which are available in E-Statements. Click on the date that you wish to view, print and save.
